Failure to follow any of these rules may result in you getting blocked from purchasing as well as your license revoked from the avatar with no refund.

› No, this is against mine and Gonsodany's TOS. THIS IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT - If you don't know how to upload or can't figure it out PLEASE join my discord. I offer uploads there with trustworthy team members. Giving the files to ANYONE - including friends, significant others or family members will result in your license being revoked and you will not be able to upload the avatar. Please do not waste your money.

› Quest restrictions are very tight, I do as much as I can to add as many things as I possibly can onto my quest conversions but unfortunately there's only so much I can add with a 10MB limit.
› My main focus with avatars is the PC side but I convert to quest so that android users can see you. I do NOT suggest purchasing the quest side of avatars if you're android only, I don't want to disappoint you.

› Please join my discord! I have help sections, as well as upload support for my avatars. Please don't DM me unless you're not able to join the server, I most likely won't see it.

› Please do! Vtubing will probably be a little more difficult since you aren't able to take the FBX out of unity, just make sure to credit me with a link to my store somewhere.
› If you post videos or pictures of your avatar please make sure to credit me or tag me! I'd love to see any of your videos/pictures.

› You must be 18 or older to use my Owchiee brand avatars as they have NSFW features on them.
› All digital products are not able to refunded as you will have the files. Exceptions apply if there is an error on my end.
› If you don't know how to upload you are NOT allowed to give the files to anyone unless they have purchased the avatar as well. Join my discord for uploads.
› You have read through Gonsodany's TOS [Linked above] it is very important you know what we collect and how it's used.
› If you've been blacklisted from GonsoLicensed avatars please note that your avatar will not be able to uploaded onto your account or any other account.
› GonsoLicense protected avatars are tied to ONE vrchat account, trying to upload to more than one will lock the license.
› Changing internet providers or using VPNs may prevent your avatar from being uploaded, please contact me if this occurs.
› If your VRChat account is suspended, banned, or you get a new one please be aware that we may not be able to upload the avatar again.
› Anti-Leak avatars are not able to be edited outside of unity, you will not have access to the FX, Parameters, Menu's etc. If you want to edit the avatar please do so in unity.
› If you have any leaking history with downloading 'free' avatars, uploading them onto illegal websites, sharing them with anyone, or in any discords for leaking you will be prevented from uploading the avatar and NOT be refunded your purchase.
› No price splitting, sharing the files with friends or uploading files ANYWHERE.
› Public uploads of my avatars are able to be seen and will be DMCA'd, you will lose access to the avatar license and will no longer able to reupload it.
› Your account must be a new user or older to have an avatar on your account, please check before you purchase!
› Avatars purchased are PERSONAL Licenses for VRChat, Neos vr, or Chilloutvr. Not to be used for commercial projects or ported into different games.
› If you're purchasing the avatar as a gift use THEIR details at checkout.
› You may use my avatar for streaming/tiktok/instagram/youtube etc make sure to credit me so people can find my avatars.
› License keys are tied to your account, please do not show anyone your key or it can be stolen from you.
› Please know that I am fixing problems as soon as I can. Since my avatars are protected with a license it might take longer to get them fixed and tested for any problems. Thank you for your patience!
